1. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Reservation Terms – Normal Rates

• Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival.
• Prepayment is not required. You will pay the total amount after your arrival

                Cancellation policy

• This rate allows booking modifications or cancellation without charges up until 14 days from arrival date
• For any cancellation that takes place at least 14 days before the arranged arrival date, there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 13 days or less prior to the arranged 50% penalty.
• In case of departure prior to the arranged date or non-show, there will be a cancellation fee for 100% of the remaining stay.

• Reservation Terms –  Non Refundable Rate
• Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival.
• You will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time

             Cancellation policy

• If canceled , modified or in case of no show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged

2. BENEFITS

• Our Best Price Guarantee Policy

We guarantee that by booking directly with Alexander Apartments you are getting the lowest possible price for your stay. In the rare case that you find your rooms online at a lower rate, we would be glad to match that rate it if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your booking.

Please note:

The lower price must be bookable online and must be still available when we check, provided that there is a perfect match on the:

• Room type
• Check-in and check-out dates
• Booking conditions (non-refundable etc.)

Our best price guarantee policy excludes sites which sell rooms through or in combination with:

• Special membership rates
• Frequent stay programs
• Loyalty programs
• Other “reward” type of programs
• Special coupon/voucher code-based membership programs and/or seasonal or last-minute flash sales promotions
• Holiday Packages

• No Prepayment

We guarantee that by booking directly with Alexander Apartments at normal rate, prepayment is not required. You will pay the total amount during your stay directly to our staff with cash or credit card.

• Discount Card 

All guests booking directly with us take advantage for our discount card. At their arrival date they will receive a 10% discount card which they will be able to use to various business in the area. Also they will be able to use the promotional code stated to this card for future bookings to our apartments, only through our website www.alexander-skala.com with 20% discount.
